Engr. Khan Md. Aftabuddin, graduated from the topmost Engineering Institute of Bangladesh, BUET. He always demonstrated great management acumen and instinctive inherent business understanding. He is the honorable Chairman of Spectra Group, and also a founding member of Spectra Oxygen Limited. Engr. Aftab is currently holding the position of Director in the Board of Directors of Spectra Oxygen Limited.

His dynamic leadership qualities and visionary management capabilities have made him one of the accomplished leaders and entrepreneurs of the country. His visionary foresight made him outstanding among the contemporary. His judgment and wisdom have been one of the guiding spirits for Spectra Oxygen Ltd to overcome many challenges and excel in the domain to be recognized as a force to reckon with.

Engr. Khalid Hussain Khan, the Senior Vice Chairman of Spectra Group, is an instinctive and innovative entrepreneur. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1989 from a leading Engineering Institute of the country, Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), formerly Bangladesh Institute of Technology (BIT), Rajshahi. Engr. Khalid began contributing to the organization as a Director of SEL since 1989.

He is the founder of Spectra International Limited and Spectra Oxygen Limited. Engr. Khalid led from the front to set up the country’s largest private-sector Medical and Industrial Gas Manufacturing Plant, Spectra Oxygen Limited (SOL) in the year 2007.

Engr. Khalid demonstrated outstanding leadership skills by ably heading Spectra Oxygen Ltd. Since its establishment, the company has achieved monumental milestones, growth, and enviable status as one of the largest industrial entity under his direct prudent guidance and far-sighted leadership as the Managing Director. SOL has become one of the largest and leading medical gas manufacturers and suppliers in this country. This reflects his futuristic vision for which SOL was established as a sister-concern of SIL, which is currently the largest MGPL technical solution provider company in the country.
